In June 2024, the Paths team secured a combined $35 million in financing to rehabilitate two affordable housing apartment complexes in San Antonio, TX: Union Park and Union Pines. These financings will allow much needed renovation of apartment interiors, kitchens, and bathrooms for 252 homes, the replacement of appliances and mechanical systems with upgraded energy efficient models, and the installation of cutting-edge security systems operated by Reliant Safety LLC.
